I love the Kimchee pancake appetizer at Table 9. It is made of kimchee and mung bean sprouts that is packed with an umami depth of flavor and served with a kimchi-based dipping sauce! It’s quite different from others in that it seems almost gluten free! I’m not sure what the binding agent is, but you don’t need anything to pull it apart. Delicious!
*The service is always quick (slight wait time when they’re packed), servers and owners are always friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable.

So delicious! Veggies were cooked perfect, everything tasted so fresh. Not too saucy. Huge plus having a separate gluten free menu also!
