Serious warning for people with celiac. The brisket here is not gluten-free even though the ordering system allows it to be marked gluten-free. When ordering this same item at another location the manager called to tell me it’s cooked with beer. I have ordered this multiple times marked gluten-free here and no one has ever caught it before, despite previous conversations with staff who assured me the items I was ordering were gluten-free.
This is not just a menu labeling issue. It demonstrates a serious breakdown in staff training and quality control around gluten-free practices. This is an establishment that advertises accommodatinggluten-free customers, yet clearly does not take the time or effort to properly train staff or implement safeguards to ensure the information customers rely on is accurate.
When a restaurant allows an item containing gluten to be identified as gluten-free, it creates a serious safety risk for people relying on that information to be accurate.

Solid tacos but two things that suck:
1. In two separate instances I had to wait 20 mins for two tacos ordered in the store, while online orders take priority.
2. No Gluten Free options for people (wife-gluten allergy), and when I asked about it they acted annoyed..
