Taco Bell

I'm a Taco Bell fanatic. I also unfortunately have celiac disease, which means gluten makes me very sick. Luckily, Taco Bell offers some gluten-free meals, but I've been too afraid to risk cross-contamination. I finally decided to go for it today, and I'm so glad I did. First off, these are some of the best employees you could ask for in a fast food establishment because when I went in and explained my dietary situation, they went absolutely above and beyond for me. That means so, so much.
