Suitable for celiacs and they speak Spanish! A celiac can eat perfectly without gluten. The waiter knew that it is cross contamination, and was very careful. So everything was truly Gluten Free. The waiters: very friendly, professional and at least one knew how to speak Spanish. The place is very well located, although you get a little cold after a while because of the air conditioning, like almost all restaurants in the USA. The only thing, the level of spiciness. I asked for zero spicy and they told me that it wasn't spicy at all, but it was somewhat spicy, they need to learn that in Spain zero spicy is zero, not a little bit. But hey, otherwise the food is good and according to many, the best taco food.

Great food from Taco Diablo & Lulus! The OG margarita was out of this world. Mike and another server went above and beyond to offer us gluten-free dinner options. Thank you for the excellent service! Our new favorite place.
