Tactical Brewing is easily the best microbrewery in Central Florida. If you normally don't have a taste for beer, this place will open you up to a whole new world of flavors and options. I am particularly fond of their frozen Meloncholy, which is a gluten-free watermelon sour. Super inventive and refreshing- they put a little watermelon sour candy on the end of an umbrella pick for you. Gary, Quinn, and Cedrick are regular bartenders my husband has gotten to know and Chris is their head brewer. This place is a veteran-positive establishment. They do events for veterans and offer discounts for veterans and first responders. You won't be devoid of food options- you can get your meal from a food truck outside the establishment or from any of the wonderful Baldwin restaurants and eat it inside or out. There are frequently performers on the stage and little events like Trivia. Its a Baldwin Park community staple and family/dog-friendly establishment. This place is just awesome, please try it!
