We stopped at Taggart's Grill for lunch while on a fall colors drive through the Wasatch Mountains. We were surprised by the crowd and the wait time for lunch on a Wednesday. After a twenty minute wait, we were seated inside with full view of the garden and two peacocks. We watched the peacocks as we waited for our order.
We enjoyed the Artichoke dip served with corn chips instead of pitas because I requested gluten-free. The dip was delicious.
My wife ordered the halibut fish and chips while I ordered the Garlic Blue Burger on a gluten-free bun. We both enjoyed our lunch.
Taggart's was a great dining experience with great service, a pleasant atmosphere and tasty food.
