All my daughter wanted was a lion cake for her 5th birthday, and Erin truly delivered. Not only was the cake delicious, but Erin put more than just a lion. My daughter was ecstatic when she saw her cake. I requested a gluten-free and dairy free cake, and hers by far was one of the best we've ever had. I can’t say enough great things about the 2 cakes Erin made for my 4 and 7 year olds’ birthdays!! We are in Lake Tahoe for 2 weeks for vacation and celebrating my kids’ birthdays while we’re here. Both of my kids (and us) are gluten free and dairy free. I have found it can be difficult to find a good tasting gluten AND dairy free cake, but Erin knocked it out of the park! These cakes were sooo yummy and one would never know they were gluten free/dairy free. So moist, flavorful and super cute...my kids loved them! One was a Minecraft cake and the other was a unicorn cake! I will definitely order from her next time we are in town.😋 Great job, Erin!!
