I found this place tremendously helpful- so many special diet health foods I'd rarely found in brick and mortar. At both recent visits, I was enthusiastically assisted. They do special orders. When I've finished figuring out my food sensitivities I'll be back to raid their freezers- some of the gluten-free, dairy-free, etc varieties I hadn't seen elsewhere.
