Another awesome lunch at Take Sushi on Hastings St in Burnaby. A wonderful modification on the Sunshine Roll to meet my Gluten Free needs. The mango is such a nice touch!!This is pairing nicely with my favorite Spicy Salmon Roll. The seared salmon was out of this world delicious and melted like butter as I bit into it.
Arigatō Chef. SUGOI!!!!

Gluten Free! This restaurant has been my local go-to for sushi for the last 8 yrs. Jason has always been very good about modifying orders to be gluten free where needed! Thank you, Jason!
