We loved the gluten-free garden vegetable pizza and the chicken wings. The service was very good.

Went here with a group of 6. We were seated promptly. They have a really nice outside deck with a creek running along it. Portions can best be described as gigantic. The nachos are the best example of this. Service was really great! There is some food that is gluten-free, but less than most places.

First and foremost: Tamarack was delicious. The bison burger was juicy, which is difficult to do with such a gamey meat. Plus, the Bacon Mac & Cheese? Not a kids' meal. You can add meat, and the cheese that they use is phenomenal and very stringy. My girlfriend is allergic to gluten and dairy, and she was still able to eat a good and actually filling (AKA not salad) meal due to the gluten-free menu available (both digital and physical). The gluten-free Tamarack Brew Bread Wrap comes with a 2-thumbs-up! And the ambiance was excellent! The interior is nice, but the highlight to me was sitting outside by a nice little mini-creek watching the water run by as my large group talked. I would definitely recommend Tamarack and come back!
