Excellent service, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Gluten free menu page available. Items not marked. We asked lots of questions and the servers were very patient and double checked. The food was delicious! The fresh rolls were able to be made gluten free, we had the single sushi and salmon roll. Wasabi not gluten free. The food was prepared with care. They have gluten free soy sauce available

It's hard to rate this... The service was great and the quality of the food was good. It was severely lacking in gluten free options, however. If you have a gluten allergy, consider a different sushi restaurant
