Tamashi Ramen (American Fork)

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲! Update: the owner replied saying they have alcohol, but I don't know why my waiter told me they didn't and it wasn't listed on the menu. To start the evening we saw on Google they offer alcohol so we ordered a glass of wine. Apparently they recently changed their menu and didn't update online as they are an alcohol free establishment now. Fine. I noticed they offered gluten free noodles in their ramen section, but when I asked which broths were GF the waiter didn't know so he went and asked the chefs. Apparently none of them are GF. (Then why offer the GF noodles?) I asked for GF soy sauce, he brought out ketchup labeled "gluten free soy". My sushi roll that I ordered to be gf came out with I'm assuming eel sauce, not gluten free, so I had to send it back. All soups have gluten apparently too. I ate 2 bites of mediocre sushi and edamame and left. Won't be returning.

Presentation was beautiful, food was delicious, and the food was well priced. The service was also fantastic. For example, my wife has a gluten sensitivity, and we accidently ordered a roll with gluten in it. They exchanged for us quickly and free of charge. We loved our experience there!
