Tande Thai

Ever Since I've seen this new restaurant pop up in the new development in grandscape; i've been itching to try it out. Today I finally got to check it out and it exceeded all my expectations. The waiter, Travis, was extremely patient with listening to all of my dietary restrictions ( gluten intolerant and other allergies) and he helped me pick out what item would be zero gluten or might have small traces. As an added measure he took the time to check with the kitchen just in case. Service like this , to me, is just above and beyond in terms of caring for their customers. This allowed me to confidently have a meal that I wouldn't later regret. He was also very nice and was very engaging in conversation which made listening to him speak about the origins and concept of this restaurant very enjoyable. The food Itself, was amazing. I had the green curry with chicken and it was more in quantity than I expected for being such a high end establishment. The location, atmosphere suggested it might be one of those that might skip out on the portions but not here! It was great amount of chicken and the curry itself was extremely rich. I would definitely come again and eat here again and try other dishes next time. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to try a good Thai restaurant near grandscape/ West plano area!

Rsvp early as tables fill quick at eating times and evening weekends are the busiest. We were lucky to ask for the bar as the seated tables were all full. The bar servers were top shelf. The speed of food coming out was prompt. The drinks were tasty and fresh and the Thai wraps were dun and tasty. Spicy salmon wqs not too spicy and the Chicken currey was tasty but maybe a gluten free noodle might be a good add on. The entire service went well down to the sticky rice plantains. All priced for higher end plates this was as expected and service was friendly and great overall experience. We will come back some day and review again.
