It's great that someone is trying to make gluten-free baking. Anyone who can't tolerate gluten really appreciates it! I tried Tangent's school bread and buns a year ago and thought it was rather tasteless (then thought they had simply forgotten to add sugar). Tried again today when I bought cinnamon sticks at Espa. The consistency was good, but the sticks were a little wet, and still a little tasteless. The cinnamon helped a little. Will try again later and will of course improve the review if the baking has recovered. Can't say anything about atmosphere or service when I shopped for tangent goods at bolleland. I'm rooting for Tangent! This has great potential!
