This brewery offers a hip, cozy atmosphere with stunning mountain views through large windows and rustic wooden beams. However, for gluten-free diners, the limited menu options and lack of accommodations may affect the experience despite the inviting setting.

They do not serve fries and gluten free options are quite limited. Staff was very friendly

Our experience at Tank310 was disappointing. The server hardly came around, never filled our waters or asked if we needed anything or wanted any more drinks. We had to wait a while for service in general and was not super helpful or accommodating with my gluten free dietary restriction (newly diagnosed celiac). When I asked, I found out none of the available handhelds were gluten free even with the gluten free bun. Instead of offering a different sauce or option, I was told the only thing I was able to order for a meal was chicken wings. I did end up ordering their salad with chicken ($19+$9). It was mostly lettuce and not worth the price. Overall Tank310 needs to be more transparent with their menu or more accommodating with their options because we would never have gone if we had known.
