Just incredible!
Tanma Ramen is a small, unassuming restaurant in Kingston, New York, but it serves some of the best ramen in the Hudson Valley. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. I've tried the miso ramen and my wife had the shio ramen, and both were excellent. The miso ramen is hearty and comforting, with a deep, umami flavor. The shio ramen is lighter and more delicate, with a clean, salty taste.
I was super happy to find they have gluten free options for the ramen! An absolute rare treat.
In addition to ramen, Tanma also serves a variety of other Japanese dishes, including gyoza, karaage, and udon. My wife also tried the gyoza, and they were some of the best ever. The dumplings were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside.
The service at Tanma is friendly and attentive. The staff is always happy to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
Overall, Tanma Ramen is a great place to get a delicious bowl of ramen in Kingston. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!
