With so many options in the area skip this place. They were rude, and served us gluten after a direct conversation about a gluten allergy. I try to keep most reviews positive, and the scallop on the sashimi plate was good, but the positivity ends there. Spent the day recovering from being served non-gluten free soy sauce after specifically having the conversation with the server about a gluten allergy. If you are allergic to gluten, skip this place. We knew the place closed at 3pm and rushed to get there by 2:40 pm for just a snack and a couple drinks. We were allowed to order, and requested that everything be gluten free. When the food arrived we tried to order a second drink but we were told the kitchen was closed.....it was about 2:55 pm at this point and we only tried to order drinks....again were told the kitchen was closed. The waitress was rude ... The food was below average for the price they are charging. The fish was average at best, and the rice was not sushi rice (just average white rice) There is really no reason to go to this place with a street full of great options where the people are super friendly.

Fantastic little place in the heart of Queenstown. Great vibes, delicious food, and awesome service. The chef and our server, Elle, were very accommodating to our coeliac requests and we felt safe and looked after. Highly recommend.
