Just like our trip to Sicily, this was like a piece of the old country here in Honolulu. Chisum provided outstanding service and the kitchen was very attentive to our celiac/gluten free needs. Highly recommend.

No gluten free bread which was a major. Having your partner eat their bread in front of you is exclusive and gf bread is an easy add. Also noted there was no alcohol free beer…you should be a responsible host! Food great. Wine selection by the glass very limited for both reds and whites. Another 3 or 4 additions would have been welcomed and the wines by the glass are very cheap to buy, socket the quality please don’t matches the food.

Robert our waiter was fantastic. I have celiac disease and he was very good about making sure I knew what was safe and what was not. Most of the menu could be made gluten free, and they even said when they brought the food out that it was gluten free each time. This was a fine dining experience with incredible presentation and service. We loved it and will definitely be coming back.
