Waited 30 minutes for one crepe. Owner was incredibly rude when i asked what was taking so long edit: There was no arrogance. My wife came in after 20 minutes and asked if her order was up next. The response was a very rude snap that they go in order and hers will arrive when it arrives. I went in 10 mintue later, and spoke directly to you, not one of your employees. I said, we've been waiting for 1 crepe for 30 minutes, whats going on? And you immediately started yelling at me. Eventually you started trying to apologize, sort of, and then corned me by the fridge and started yelling again. My wife is celiac and, we've been several times and never experienced anything like this when you weren't on staff. I've worked in many restraunts from fine dining to breakfast, front and back of house. Had anyone spoken to a customer like you spoke to me today, whether at diner service in upscale wine bars or sunday brunch at a breakfast joint, they'd have been sent home or fired on the spot. It's really shocking to see an owner of all people be so aggressive to a customer in their own business. If you think someone asking what is taking so long after 30 minutes is "arrogance" you frankly have no place in the business. FYI: We make tapioca crepes at home all the time. They take about 5 minutes in the pan. If it's going to take 30 mintues and come with a side of getting yelled at then the value really isn't there. If you regularly speak to customers like you did today... well, then I hope whatever opens next in your spot is also gluten free.

Excellent gluten-free restaurant on the Plateau Mont-Royal on Saint-Laurent! They use a unique technique to make their tapioca. It's absolutely delicious, go for it with your eyes closed! Special mention for the smoked meat which is sick
