We had Tarascos cater our Cinco de Mayo luncheon at work. The entire staff was so polite from the first call I made. Noe, the owner, was so incredibly friendly and helpful with helping me build out the menu. He was so accommodating and delivered the food on time and helped us get everything set up. We had a chicken and pastor taco bar, chicken and vegetarian enchiladas, beans, and rice for 200. Everyone loved the food and everything was gluten free, so no need to request anything special for the bulk of our dietary restrictions. 10/10 will use them again for future events!

This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Denver for years. I’ve never had a bad meal here; everything is exceptional. (The guacamole is next-level, and the Sopa Tarasca wows everyone I’ve shared it with. It’s so hard to pick an entree because I know it’s all top-tier.) They are amazingly accommodating, willing to make substitutions, and awesome about marking vegan/gluten-free options. Take-out is also on point.
