The pulled noodles and fried gluten tasted good, but the vegetables in the fried gluten seemed undercooked and lacked flavor.

We tried various kebabs - cumin lamb kebabs, squid kebabs and "gluten" kebabs. These are some amazing Chinese kebab variations. We will go back again to try out the Oyster kebabs/skewers as well. The "gluten" kebabs or grilled "Gluten" are a great option for vegetarian/vegan type skewers.
