Tucked away in East Stroudsburg, this cozy spot far exceeded my expectations — especially for breakfast, which can often be a challenge when you have dietary restrictions like Celiac Disease. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. I was particularly impressed by how the kitchen handled my gluten-free needs. Not only were the options safe and accommodating, but the staff demonstrated a genuine understanding of cross-contamination and dietary needs — something that’s unfortunately rare in most establishments. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. The young staff at Taste 154 are a model for what hospitality should look like — warm, attentive, and remarkably professional. Many more established restaurants could learn a thing or two from how this team operates. The atmosphere adds to the overall experience — clean, inviting, and tastefully modern without being pretentious. It’s the kind of place that feels like home while still delivering high-quality dining. Highly recommended — not just for the delicious food and top-notch service, but also for the thoughtful atmosphere and cleanliness. Taste 154 is a standout in the Poconos and a must-visit if you’re in the area.

The absolute BEST cafe in the Poconos! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! All freshly made and tastes so so good. The baked goods are my favorite! They are all gluten free and have the most amazing flavors. If you ever find yourself in East Stroudsburg, check this place out!

What an awesome little spot! I have eaten in and taken out - both times ordering the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Pricing is great given the portion sizes, everyone working is extremely attentive and kind, and both the food and coffee are wonderful. I also have a food allergy (gluten - Celiacs) and always feel comfortable eating here. I highly suggest it!
