The top reasons why this place is a hidden gem, and a welcome addition to the 210 corridor:
1. It's not 1 of 20 Italian restaurants in a 5 Mile radius (seriously, there's obviously no gluten allergies here if you're eating that much pasta)
2. It's not a half mediocre Mexican restaurant that insists on covering all their burritos in cheese (it's not a real thing... I dare you to find that in Mexico, I'll wait).
3. It's not chicken, fried in some variety, served with beer and too loud sports all where every TV is on a different game and I begin to feel schizophrenic from all the voices I hear.
4. The staff is super friendly and willing to help folks unfamiliar with the dishes to find something they'll love. Megha (our server) was patient, and had some great recommendations to tease me away from my usual choices (I mean a comfort zone sounds really comfortable, right?).
5. The sauces are fresh made, vibrant and just exotic enough to make you forget your guilty McDonald's meal you had for lunch.
6. Portions are plenty and served with a generous amount of rice to cushion the delicious sauces and meats.
Folks, I've been around the world to include India, and I lived in Edison (those of you that know, you know)...and this place is a legit restaurant that is exotic enough to tickle your tongue, give it a try!
