One of the first things that I saw when I entered the building was a sticker that said "I love Gluten". Having a minor gluten sensitivity, I was worried how this would play out. One of the owners walked out and asked if we had any questions. After mentioning my concern he walked through every menu item's ingredients. There were two options that seemed be safe but he was unsure about the second. He went to the kitchen and talked to the chef who was also unsure. The owner then called the off duty person in charge of prepping that dish. I am very grateful for the level of service and consideration that was provided here. Full disclosure, there were not many gluten free options, but the pork shank was delicious.
