If you are intolerant to gluten or do not want to eat gluten, I recommend that you look for other options other than looking for products similar to bread or foods with gouten, since these products are fine. Gluten-free, they have a LOT of other ingredients that in the long term can affect your health in another way, I bought some whole loaves (4 units) which cost me CLP 4000 - USD 4 and the truth is that they were terrible for me, super hyper-ultra-processed foods that greatly affect your body, the service was terrible because I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the place is quite ugly, since it is something like a factory, I would not buy it again and I do not recommend it either, and for those who follow science and cooking, remember that that chef only recommends products, almost never real food.
