Tatami - טאטאמי

Great place. Really high awareness of gluten. There is a selection of gluten-free dishes and a separate gluten-free menu. They took care of everything. The service was excellent! And the dishes were wow everything was really delicious Thank you.

We sat down, ordered 4 rolls and a cocktail. The cocktail came out almost immediately. After waiting 40 minutes we asked a waiter what was going on with our rolls and it turned out that they had not started their preparation because no voucher had been printed. That was enough, the handling of the problem was also unsuccessful, it took another 20 minutes until we received food, and even then we only received 2 rolls out of 4. After another quarter of an hour we received the remaining two rolls (an hour and a quarter from the time of ordering), and one of them arrived not as we requested it (gluten-free adjustments). To their credit they left it for us (I couldn't eat it anyway). After another 10 minutes we received the last roll in the form we ordered it. For this whole incident we received a small apology from the waiter and that was it, voila for such a mistake we expected compensation. The experience was very unpleasant and unreasonable, we waited a long, long time for our food, and even when we had already addressed the waiter it still took a very long time until we received the food. When paying so much for so little food, we expect good service, or at least not as bad as we experienced.

The place is very pleasant. First of all, I really liked that already at the entrance we were asked if we needed a vegetarian/vegan menu or for those sensitive to gluten. The consideration and presentation of this option is wonderful. The food was of a high standard. The rolls we ordered, one vegetarian and one with fish, felt the freshness and were delicious even without the addition of sauces. We also ate noodles with chicken which was very juicy and full of flavor, and a bun with tempura fish which was also very juicy and tasty and properly seasoned. Unlike fried fish I ate elsewhere that were both dry from the frying and very greasy from the oil. There were a few things missing from the drink menu that we wanted
