Tatte Bakery & Cafe | Lexington

It was very busy & it seems like a lot of new hires. The girl at the register didn’t label our order that we have a gluten allergy. So when we got our Blat & breakfast sandwich - we were a bit upset to have waited 20 mins for our order and to have them remake the foods. The manager named John (white guy with glasses) came over and handled it perfectly. He was apologetic and took the time to let us explain our frustration with the situation. He explained this is a new store & they have a lot of new hires. He refunded our sandwiches - then made sure we got the right GF sandwiches and went above and beyond to make sure everything was Perfect for us. We have spent a lot of time at many different Tatte’s & have never had a manager give us that much service during a busy lunch rush. 5 stars for this Tatte & will always come back.
