Tatte Bakery & Cafe | Reston

I had the worse experience last time I was there. The girl who took my order gave me the wrong item (mine was gluten free this was not); then usually they give you a table number and bring your order there. But she was filling the tray and asked me to wait there for her. She was talking to her coworkers as she was doing this. Partially about how there was spilled water from the teapot into the tray and whether that’s ok or not! The guy who ended up being a manager said it’s fine! I got to my table with the wrong item and water spilling on me when I tried to put tea for myself or my mom. I went back to the girl asking her name and telling her my order was wrong and she said “oh my god I’m not going to tell you that.” That’s when the manager finally revealed himself and said sorry. I’ve been here before. The food and place are good but the service is horrible

Great gluten free options, amazing latte art, and I like that you can get drink sweetness customized.
