Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Cleveland

Asked for gluten free and they gave me croutons. Remade it with raw chicken. My husband went back up and they fought him about it. We used to love this place. Never coming back again.

1. Ordered tomato-basil soup. It was on the ticket as tomato-basil soup. When it arrived at my table, it was lemon-chicken soup. Was told tomato-basil was a winter soup. My thought is that a. It is on the menu, b. The cashier rang it up and didn't mention they did not have it, c. It is Feb 27th - still winter! 2. Since I am Celiac I asked if the soup was gluten-free. She said "I think so! It has chicken & rice in it." I asked about the broth. She went to ask and came back with a snarl on her face saying "it is gluten free". 3. My shrimp dish (besides the wrong soup) came without tartar sauce. I asked for some and it was brought to the table. No lid on it. When I put my first piece of shrimp in it, a piece of fish popped out. It had obviously been previously used! I told the girl working the floor and she said she would tell a manager. Manager never came to our table. I am steaming!
