Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Cantrell Road

I would have given 5 stars. The food is always fantastic, and it’s one of the few places where I can enjoy gluten-free meals with plenty of options to choose from. However, the customer service during my last couple of visits has been disappointing. The staff just doesn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. When I’ve asked simple questions, I’ve often been met with blank stares, and the employees seem more focused on talking to each other than engaging with customers. On my most recent visit, my order even came with regular pasta despite my gluten intolerance and the clear note I added. The mistake itself was frustrating, but what bothered me most was that there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. It didn’t used to be this way, which is why I’m sharing this feedback. It feels like the culture has changed recently, and I truly hope it improves because the food is wonderful.

Love this team! They ensure my food is gluten free (Celiac - Change gloves), which means a lot to my health! It’s always fresh, fast, & with a friendly face!
