I ate at Tazón as many times as I could in Guanajuato because the food is so fresh and nutritious, and the restaurant was a warm and friendly place where I felt at home. Some of my favorite dishes are Lucy's vegan chiles en nogada, the lentil soup with chipotle, and her gluten free veggie lasagna. When you visit Tazón, you get more than just the food, you get an education and appreciation for ancestral Mexican cooking.
