Good selection of meals and helpful to amend meal for gluten free

After specifically requesting a completely Gluten Free meal and being guaranteed it would be, a family member suffered from an allergic reaction to the meal. At no point did we receive an apology and were in fact told "There was no gluten in the meal". Insinuating that the reaction was not legitimate. When leaving a member of staff gave a member of our group a $25 voucher. This is simply disgusting and completely abhorrent. If it wasn't for a medicated anaphylactic EpiPen, we would have needed an ambulance. Such careless neglect for their customers. We certainly will not be coming back.
