This was a WOW for me. We were just passing through and asked some locals for a breakfast cafe nearby. We were to Bluebonnet Cafe and Tea Thyme Cafe. Once they said they offered gluten-free options, I was sold. If a place offers gluten-free options, they are sure to offer lots of fruit and veggie options and be very careful with their menu. I’m so glad we chose this one. The staff was SO kind and patient. The omelette was THE BEST I’ve ever had, with so many veggies, real eggs, and mozzarella cheese. I’ve never had an omelette with mozzarella cheese before. They also had a side called “enchanted mushrooms” and it was so amazing in flavor. I wish we had this restaurant back home. I’d be there weekly!

Everything on the menu is gluten-free. The women on the way back from our retreat for our church usually go there on the way back from Brunet, Texas. Most of the ladies ordered the chicken tacos. They service breakfast till they close at 2 pm. You can even get their tortillas to take home.
