This is my local caff so really pleased to have it on the doorstep. The staff are ace and so friendly with a great big hello 👋 when you walk in. The food and drink are a bit on the pricey side but worth it it terms of taste and volume. Take this gluten free New Yorker ciabatta sandwich — £8.95 — it’s a generous portion and delicious. It’s really hard to find good gluten free sandwiches so when I do I tend to keep coming back. Thanks Sophie and Nicola ❤️😎

Went to Teapi for the first time today on a family visit back to Adlington from Leeds and wondered why we haven't been before. I am coeliac and vegetarian which often presents a challenge when eating out, however the daytime lunch menu had a great range of options and we all ate really well. Whilst the cafe has an amazing range of teas, the coffee was really good and went particularly well with the gluten free cake after lunch! The cafe is cosy, welcoming, and a place you could easily spend an afternoon with a good book, catching up with friends, or warming up after a walk up around Rivington. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like locals, and I look forward to visiting again next time I'm over that side of the Pennines!
