Ted's Café Escondido

I ordered my lunch to go, went in and picked it up and when I did I asked them if I needed to request gluten-friendly chips or whether or not they were all that way. They explained to me that I would need to request them and they were more than willing to replace my chips for me with some more gluten-friendly ones. They then reviewed my lunch order and showed me that one of the items I chose was not gluten friendly( a sauce I had chosen). Not only did they just replace everything without being upset with me or making me pay for it, they were very polite! Thank you for saving me from being very very ill! I will definitely be back. Trisha and her team ARE THE BEST!

We had a wonderful experience at Ted's cafe. Our server, Jordon, was one of the most attentive servers we've had in a long time! The food was great and they even offer gluten free sopapillas. The spicy salsa was the best salsa I think I've ever had so be sure to try that. This will probably be our new Sunday lunch spot.
