This place has some great food and if you have gluten allergies, they are amazingly accommodating. You have to try the bison chili nachos and the bison burger!

First time visit here with wife and family the other day and we all had a great experience with dining in. We went on a Friday for lunch and because of that, there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. Our service was still really good and the food good as well. Situated in the Bolingbrook Promenade, so there are plenty of nearby places in walking distance to go to before or after your meal here. Bison meat is the popular thing here, and the restaurant has a western and bison theme throughout, including a large mounted taxidermy bison head on the wall, and quotes from the likes of Roy Rogers. The prices were on the higher side, but the food was worth it; they had gluten free options for those with health issues or vegan as well. Also, was my wife's birthday and the desert was on the house from the waitress, so that was nice too!
