Bought GF sour dough and a cake today for a friend who is celiac. The lady servicing explained the hygiene practices so I was super confident that it was safe.
It was impeccably clean too and they use separate fridges.
As someone who doesn’t ordinarily eat GF, I was surprised at how tasty and fluffy it was. It’s worth the price and I hope they get enough business to settle into a hard area for businesses.
