I was recently introduced to this place and I have to say that i was very impressed with everything from the people who work there to the food, and the atmosphere! They have Gluten Free food and it is made in it's own designated area so there's no cross contamination. This is for people who have Celiac Disease and cannot have Gluten in their diet. They also make most Sushi rolls using Cucumber sheets (Naruto) if you've had a Bariatric Surgery and can't have Carbs, if you're on a diet like Keto, or if you just like to have it that way. The staff are extremely friendly and are helpful when trying to choose what you want or if you need help with something specific! I highly recommend this place!

The staff is very conscientious about gluten and willing to accommodate with just about everything on the menu. Terrific experience!
