I have celiac disease and Teriyaki Madness has quite a few gluten free options. I had been missing chicken teriyaki and fried rice for a long time and was so happy when I found out that TM offers them gluten free. I come here way too much (a few times a week) and feel totally safe with their gluten free options as they have never made me sick in any way. I hope this chain expands so I can have a location closer to home! (Naperville).
