Absolutely love this place! It can be hard to find safe gluten-free options, but Teriyaki Madness in Hamden makes it easy. Their gluten-free selections are clearly labeled on the menu, which gave me peace of mind right away. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions. The food tastes amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. I tried the chicken teriyaki bowl with gluten-free sauce and brown rice, and it was delicious. It’s rare to find a fast-casual spot that takes gluten-free needs seriously without compromising on taste. Highly recommend this location!
