Came in around brunch time for a meal. Informed the waiter that I have celiac disease and needed to eat gluten free. The waiter Kian went through the menu with me to figure out what was safe to eat and how things would need to be modified. When my dish came to the table, Kian made sure to catch me before I took a bite to inform me of how a part of the dish was made to ensure it would be safe to eat. It was not safe for me, but they quickly swapped my dish for something else that was totally safe. Really wanted to give a shout out to Kian for making sure I didn't get sick and waste a chunk of my trip out here to Seattle. Thank you so much for the amazing service and delicious food.
