If you are looking for great BBQ in casual setting do not miss Terry Black's. I was not expecting its almost fast food style service where you select your sides (single, pint or larger servings), then meat by the pound (sold in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, or pound servings. We had the brisket, plain sausage and pork ribs. All outstanding. Melt in your mouth brisket. The potato salad and coleslaw slaw are both vegan and gluten free for anyone avoiding those. Great green beans too. I missed that they dont offer collard greens. Corn bread was great too. Highly recommend for a relaxed casual lunch or dinner. The guy by the smoker even offered to take out picture by the sign and next to the smokers and to give us a quick tour of the smokers.

If you like to immerse yourself in the Waco mood, you have to come here. Very good food, lots of choice of BBQ meat, friendly staff. If you want you can eat vegetarian and gluten free.
