A rare gem! The chef is extremely kind and adapts perfectly to dietary needs. He specially prepared a vegan broth for me and served other gluten-intolerant guests with a special sauce as well. Lunch was delicious, everything freshly prepared before our eyes. The chef works hard, and it shows in his kitchen. The restaurant's atmosphere is very peaceful! We highly recommend it.

100% gluten free buckwheat noodles. Love the fact that the owner grinds the buckwheat himself and he has a big fanbase - as the queue quickly filled as we came 15 minutes before he opened for the day

Beautiful shop, run by one man, who makes the soba himself. Grinds the flour, makes the noodles, cooks and serves everything fresh to order. It’s fascinating to watch him cook, he does a million tasks, all perfectly coordinated. The soba is delicious and has a great texture. The broth and dipping sauces are flavourful and the wasabi seemed freshly grated (unsure). Soba is 100% Gluten-free but you just need to request gluten-free dipping sauce. Highly recommend!
