Ate there on my birthday 12/2023, there is an allergic list in extremely small writing about what is and isn’t gf. They have a salad bar and an appetizer bar, so utensils can be used on gluten items and replaced to gf area. The meat arrives on huge skewers and chicken (which is on the gluten list is on a double skewer with a beef gf selection, and the same know is used to cut off slices of meat. I was very hesitant to partake, so I chose carefully, and had a good experience, except, I was terrified I would be sick. It I wasn’t.
