Went on a busy Saturday night, so things were a little scattered in the beginning but that's to be expected no matter where you go in Town Center. Staff was all friendly and very welcoming. They were allergy aware and helped us navigate the gluten free side of things which was nice to see as well.

Excellent Brazilian steakhouse experience. The service was great. The restaurant dealt very well with my requirement for gluten free foods (nearly everything is gluten free). The food bar was complete, with Brazilian rice, black beans, and faroja. The meat carvers asked us several times if we had special requests for cuts of meat.
I did not give is a full 5 stars because some of the meat was undercooked.
