Texas de Brazil - Palm Beach Gardens

For being that this was our first time ever dining at Texas de Brazil, I have to say it was the worst experience. Our server Yoan was very incompetent. He had no clue what items were gluten free. The staff kept coming to our table when they could clearly see that we were still eating the salad bar and had not flipped over the little card to have meat come to the table. By the time we were ready for meat they rarely came to to the table. The little cheesy bread balls were hard and cold, the bananas were cold, I was not able to eat the mashed potatoes as I am celiac, however they looked very runny. We had to ask multiple times for Filet Mignon, by the time we got it we were about to leave. Took one bit into it and it tasted like FISH. It has made me so sick to my stomach still 14 hours later.

I'm gluten-free, and for the first time since finding out I have celiac disease, I was able to confidently order a gluten-free drink from the bar. Bailey was amazing the entire night and the manger walked me through everything I could and couldn't have between the salad bar and the meats, even the appetizers and desserts! They were all very kind and patient with me. I'm used to restaurants looking at me like I'm crazy when I ask about a gluten-free menu, they came prepared and were able to give me a definite "yes" or "no" when it came to the entire menu. 10/10, we will definitely be back!!!
