My husband and I had lunch here with another couple and were incredibly impressed by our server, Emma. She was incredibly kind and patient. We had some issues with our food and the ordering process as they were not clear on gluten free options. We stated that we have celiac and are allergic to wheat and gluten. The gluten free menu online is NOT correct. Emma went above and beyond to find their gluten free list and bring it to us. She made sure to go over all the options and asked the kitchen multiple questions for us and came back with a friendly smile and kind words each time. After waiting an hour for our food the steaks had to be taken back to be remade as they were made without the precautions in the kitchen. Emma saw something that wasn’t quite right and instead of just giving us the glutened food anyway, she made sure to take it back to the kitchen before even putting on the table. She then made sure that the kitchen took those necessary gluten precautions. She was very kind and made sure we would not get sick. This says a lot! She was very attentive during the time we were waiting for our food. She showed fantastic customer service and was kind despite how busy she was. When the restaurant itself failed to accommodate us, she stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Emma!!
