Wait was a little long to get in, about 30 minutes after we arrived (we’d added to waitlist 2 hrs in advance and showed up on time), but they were busy. It happens. Food was ok, service was ok. No complaints overall. Front desk hostesses seemed a bit unhappy/dismissive, which is not a good persona to give someone who spent 1/2 hour+ in your parking lot after their quoted arrival time. Wife ordered a cocktail that ended up having NO alcohol in it, so for the price they could at least add SOME alcohol in it. Place was also freezing cold. Waitress (Zharia) was awesome. Quick, polite, and checked on us despite being really busy. She did an excellent job. I asked her about gluten free options and she was very good about it. Probably the best Texas Roadhouse server we’ve had to date. Overall we’d come again. It was a good night.
