Great sushi and service. Unfortunately the menu did not specify if rolls were fried and my girlfriend has a gluten intolerance. We ordered a roll and did not realize it contained fried ingredients. She Unfortunately ate a piece before realizing it contained fried stuff.
Unfortunately we also were given another tables order more than once.
One recommendation would be to add that to the description of the menu items.

Always great food here, best sushi in town imo. Some truly unique rolls. They are willing to modify rolls to make them gluten friendly and have always had GF soy sauce when I have asked.
