My wife and I are gluten free so finding Thai food is difficult. Our normal spot in Fresno changed owners and no longer serves meat dishes. Thai Basil can make all but the fried dishes gluten free so we thought we would give it a try. We have been there twice and have tried the yellow curry (C-3), Pad Nam Prik Pao (E-6), Pad Prik Khing (E-3), and the Pad Thai (N-1). All were excellent but the yellow curry and the Pad Nam Prik Pao were simply amazing. The place was clean but the dine-in area is small so you may have to wait awhile. Just wait patiently in anticipation of the good stuff to come. Service was great and the food arrives fairly quick. We will be back for the massaman and Panang curries next.
